Product description
NewPro Nano TEX NA 330 is a water-based textile impregnation with chemical nanotechnology for long napped textiles and seating in the automotive sector. The impregnation forms an ultrathin invisible guard net at the textile surface and protects against aqueous and oily soiling.

Storage: At least 24 months in originally sealed packing at room temperature.
Protect against heat, frost, and moisture.
Application process: Spraying, dipping, Foulard-Process.
Colour: Milky white.
Viskosity: < 5 mPas.
Consumption: Ca. 100 – 250 ml / m², depending on substrate.
Application
Preparing the substrates: Free from dust, soiling and additives like finishes and glazes.
Mixing: Ready to use, no further preparation necessary.
Application:
NewPro Nano TEX NA 330 is to be applied by spraying, dipping or by the Foulard process evenly to the textile substrate. The fabric must be totally wetted. After drying no further heat treatment is necessary.
During spray application working under outdoor conditions and sufficient outdoor ventilation is essential.
Aerosol must not be accumulated by inhalation.
Application temperature: 5 – 25° C
Setting: Takes place outdoors during sufficient outdoor ventilation.
Cleaning of coating set-up: Clean with white spirit.
Touching up and reapplication:
If impregnation becomes less active, the product has to be reapplied as described above on a clean and dry substrate.
Cleaning of coated substrates:
Impurified textiles such as car seats can be cleaned with a damp peace of cloth and some detergent if required. Rinse with lots of water if using detergents. If required renew impregnation by repeated application.
Protective measures
While applying NewPro Nano TEX NA 330 the signs and information on the label and the security and safety procedures recommended in the security data sheet should be considered, as well as the instructions of the respective Employers Liability Insurance Association for the prevention of accidents.
Waste management
Has to be deposited according to requirements of the local authorities.
