NewPro Nano Textile 4NC
Product Description
NewPro Nano Textile 4 NC was conceived as an intelligent anti-adhesive coating, so that the penetration or permeation of water or dirt particles into the textile surface is avoided. Through the hydrophobic effect, the coating makes textiles water-repellent and therefore remain dry. Furthermore, it prevents stains resulting from water, dirt, grime, oil, coffee, wine, beer and other staining substances. With the use of absorbent towel, the spots and staining substances can be easily removed with the dab or touch of the towel. Textile fibers coated with NewPro Nano Textile 4 NC are skin-sensitive.

NewPro Nano Textile 4 NC Surface Coating
Anti-adhesive coating for application to textile surfaces. NewPro Nano Textile NC dissolved in water ready-to-use. It is environmentally safe due to its lack of solvents. When sprayed onto the surface, the protective particles invisibly surround every individual fiber of the textile structure.

Application Techniques
So that NewPro Nano Textile NC offers the best adhesion to your textile fibers, the textile object to be coated should be thoroughly cleaned prior to impregnation. It is important to make sure that no tenside residue from washing detergents remains on the cleaned textiles.
Apply NewPro Nano Textile 4 NC to the textile surface using a fine atomized pump spray at a distance of about 15 cm. Only Spray enough of NewPro Nano Textile 4 NC to the surface so that the textile surface is only moistened. As an alternative, carpets can be coated for industrial application in foam form. A puddle formation should be avoided in the application technique. If necessary, bring the textile to form using an iron.
Consumption and Use of Product
An optimal effectiveness can be achieved for fabric or cloths using approximately 10 ml/m² textile material. For carpets, use approximately 10 ml/m² per mm pile height.
Care Instructions for NewPro Nano Textile 4 NC
Removal of Spots and Stains
Immediately wash away fresh spots and stains. Absorb the spot or stain with an absorbent towel (kitchen paper towel or NewPro Microfiber Towel) without pressing the spot or stain into the textile fibers. Proceed from outside to inside of the spot or stain to avoid spreading of staining substances. Caution – Never rub!
For dried stains or spots, solid or soft, the large particles must be removed first. Afterwards, brush off the remaining dirt or soiling using a soft brush. In the event that there are still visible remains of the stain or spot, dab off stain gently with a moist towel or sponge; and, as previously described, absorb the dissolved spot or stain using an absorbent towel or a NewPro Microfiber Towel. If necessary, repeat the process again until the entire remains of the spot or stain have been removed.
IMPORTANT
- Prior to cleaning or treatment of the spot or stain, always carefully read the manufacturer’s instructions for care.
- Next, prior to the removal of the spot or stain, test the stain remover (with water) on a hidden/non-visible part of the textile, to ensure that the textile or color is not affected.
- For large surface areas or intensive stains or dirt, it is recommended to seek the advice of a specialist.
- Never remove stains with household cleaners (i. e. dish liquid detergents) rather see also NewPro-GET 210 for remover www. g-pro. com > Remover.
- Regularly clean carpet and upholstery using suction cleaning in order to avoid the accumulation of dirt and grime. This can cause a fading of the color and an acceleration of wear and tear. By suction cleaning of upholstery use a special brush or nozzle for more effective cleaning.
- It is recommended to have carpet and furniture regularly cleaned by cleaning specialist.
- Never clean velvet with water or liquid cleaning solvents.
