NewPro COOLDRY – Reflective roof painting
DESCRIPTION
NewPro CoolDry is a high-performance elastomeric, environmentally friendly and water-soluble coating based on 100 % acrylic binder and high-tech solar heat reflecting components.
It is extremely durable and efficiently prevents heating-up of roof and building by solar heat.
NewPro CoolDry is:
- reflecting up to 90 % of solar heat, reducing air conditioning
- cost by up to 50%
- highly flexible and tough
- able to cover hair-line cracks
- resistant to ponding water
SCOPE
Suitable for interior and exterior surfaces. NewPro CoolDry can be applied over a variety of substrates i.e. brick, concrete, sand cement plaster, wood, properly primed metals (steel, galvanised, aluminum), exterior walls, concrete roofs or metal sheet cladding of warehouse or porta-cabin made of plywood etc.

DRYING TIME
Touch dry within 1 hour at 200 μm. Overcoating interval after approx. 16 hours checked at 25°C and relative humidity not more than 75 %. Do not use this product if the relative humidity exceeds 95 % or if the foundation temperature is within 3°C of the dew point. Avoid application in high outside or surface temperatures since the material dries quickly under such conditions, which makes it difficult to apply evenly.

THINNER

A detergent solution can be used for machine cleaning.
