NewPro permaClean NA CARE 104 2-in-1 Polish and Sealing for Metal and Plastic Surfaces

NewPro permaClean NA CARE 104 is a water-based system with polishing solid components. The material is based on chemical nanotechnology and can be used for cleaning and sealing in one step of metal and plastic surfaces, smooth painted surfaces, as well as rims, GRP and gelcoat. The sealed surface can be cleaned much easier.

Main field of application:

Cleaning and sealing in one step.

Main property:

The treatment induces water-, oil- and dirt-repellent properties, so the surfaces can be cleaned with much less effort.

Suitable Surfaces:

Metal and plastic surfaces, coated surfaces and alloy wheels. For application on plastic surfaces, test compatibility first on a hidden area.

Material basis:

Water-based material with polishing and protective additives, and solvent fraction.

Packaging sizes:

On arrangement.

Storage:

Shelf life of at least 24 months in sealed original packing. In case of overstepping the quality of the material should be tested again. Protect against heat, frost and moisture.

Application:

Apply with a soft cloth and polish directly to a dry state. For detail information please see directions for use – see separate document.

Colour: White dispersion.
Mixing: Shake well before use. Use as delivered from original packing.
Consumption: Approx. 20 ml/m² (exact amount has to be determined on sample).
Viscosity: > 100 mPa×s (Brookfield Rheometer).
Tool Cleaning: Rinse with water
Desiccation: Approx. 15 minutes after polishing the sealing is active

Surface preparation:

Clean soiled rims first with NewPro permaClean NA CARE 309, rinse with plenty of water and let dry. Clean used car paint and plastics surfaces, GRP, and gelcoat surfaces by normal wash process and let dry.

Cleaning of sealed surfaces:

The sealed surface can easily be cleaned with water and a mild neutral cleaner. Finally wipe to a dry state with a soft cloth.

Touch up and re-application:

NewPro permaClean NA CARE 104 can be re-applied to clean and dry surface as described above.
