NewPro ACRYL 2K-Effect Paint
Product and Material Description:
High value, two-component acrylic effect paint as a decorative and protective coating, after an appropriate two-component acrylic primer coating for iron and steel surfaces, which due to its good covering and filling properties and the broad scope of its controllable effects is also suitable for use in many areas of machine and plant manufacture
Particularly suitable for fittings manufacture, switch cabinet construction and the covering of unevenness of the underground, which are covered by the effect or structure of the paint.
The paint is not chemical or weather resistant!
Dust-Dry after approx. 15 minutes. Only to be used indoors!
We recommend as primer Art.-Series 7044-xxxx-0012 or 7009-xxxx-0060.
The material is to be used undiluted.
Higher resistance values can be achieved with Art.-Series 5240-xxxx-2811, where-by a minimum production quantity of 350 litres are required.

Industrial Mixing-Ratio 10:1 with 0041-12901
The hardener variation yyyy-xxxx-1015, with a mixing-ratio of 6 : 1 with NewPro PUR Hardener AL 6, Art.-No. 0041-15944, provides for a very fine structure without optimising the price a great deal.
The hardener adjustment -0022 and -0012 can be considered as equal in price.
The addition of thinners reduces the effect.

NewPro ALKYD S Hammer Effect Paint
Product and Material Description:
For use after the appropriate priming for the coating of iron and steel surfaces, due to its good covering, filling properties and effect it is suited very well to the production of switch-cabinets, fittings manufacture and the manufacture of machine supports and in similar areas. The easy application is an additional advantage for the user. The effect covers any surface unevenness of the workpiece.
Good results only obtainable by spray application.
Contains Silicon.

NewPro ALKYD S Structure Paint
Product and Material Description:
Quick-drying, single-component effect paint for use in mechanical engineering.
This product is manufactured ready for spraying. To control the effects, the mixture can be further thinned up to max. 5%. Application with a roller is possible to achieve a particular effect.
The effect can be greatly varied – from imitation leather, broad drops or a wavy surface by careful thinning of the paint and changing of the spray parameters (Jet size, spray distance, spray pressure and in the case of pressure tank and Airless application, the material pressure).
To obtain an even effect and a good coverage of the surface a preliminary spraying of the surface with strongly thinned material can be carried out. This way a smooth surface is obtained and after evaporation of the solvent the desired effect is sprayed on in a half-crossway spray movement with non-thinned material. Due to the many possibilities of the effect control, we recommend that just one painter caries out the painting of each object.

Product and Material Description:
Contains silicone; process thixotrope as far as possible without thinning! A two-component effect paint for various surfaces with very good resistance and mechanical properties.
We recommend as primer our two-component primers: on blasted surfaces our Art.-Series 7009- xxxx-0060 or on Aluminium und galvanised surfaces Art.-Series 7044-xxxx-0012.
No weather resistance!
