NewPro-Texx High Performance Surface Coating is a high-quality paint coating for exterior surfaces with its 47% content of microscopic small ceramic balls (bubbles). A few of the essential advantages of these bubbles are their heat, cold and moisture insulation effects.

Notice: A heat loss of up to 25% on masonry can be caused by moisture. Through a fully functional coating of NewPro-Texx, which protects the external walls against wetness, a great amount of energy can be saved.
Instructions Regarding Use/Application
Surface preparation: On water retentive surfaces where increased residual moisture is suspected, it is advisable to wait for any probable water discharge on the building surface after the first coating with NewPro-Texx. If there is a water discharge, any further coatings should only be applied after the moisture dries. This does not present a defect or defiency, rather it is the direct result of the effect of NewPro-Texx. All surfaces should be free of rust, grease, dust, and should be dry and sustainable. Chalk surfaces should be washed. Loose residues (undissolved paints, plaster remains or the like) are to be completely removed.
Priming Coats: For some surfaces, it may be necessary that a priming coat be applied to the surface prior to the first coating. It is advisable to apply the primer NewPro-Fix from the NewPro product range due to the fact that it is exactly designed to compliment and work with NewPro-Texx High Performance Surface Coating. It is also possible to use a standard primer, however it is important to make sure that this product is absolutely compatible. The primer, in any case, must not be “surface sealing”. The diffusion readiness in this case must be higher than for NewPro-Texx. High Performance Coating.
Mixing Instructions: NewPro-Texx High Performance Surface Coating can be diluted with up to 5% water.
Application: NewPro-Texx High Performance Surface Coating is delivered ready to use. It can be applied using a brush, roll or airless spraying device. NewPro-Texx High Performance Surface Coating is applied in two stages (two coats). Between the two coatings, depending on weather conditions, there should be a 2-3 hour period of drying. During application and the drying times, the surface and air temperature should not fall below +5° Celsius. The complete product characteristics of NewPro-Texx High Performance Surface Coating typically appear approximately 36 days after application, as is with coating substances with similar bonding agents.
Machine/Mechanical Application: NewPro-Texx High Performance Surface Coating can be applied using a standard airless spraying device. Please pay careful attention to the manufacturer’s instructions regarding the use of this device and NewPro’s authorization for the use of this device.
Caution: Because the application of this product is linked to an UV cross-linked bonding agent, it must be ensured that there is sufficient daylight-UV-radiation. Before beginning work and after longer working breaks, the material must be adequately stirred. NewPro-Texx High Performance Surface Coating can be used on a wide variety of surfaces. It is still, however, recommended that the user carry out a test to determine the surface for the suitability and stability for the intended purpose.
Use:
- approximately 300 to 400 ml per 1 m² with approximately 0. 25 mm layer thickness on smooth, non-absorbent surfaces, and applied with 2 coats.
This is simply a recommended standard, which in end effect can vary depending on the layer of thickness as well as the structure of the surface. An exact amount of material needed can only be determined by a sample coating on the surface of the object. Required Conditions for Use/ApplicationThe application and drying must be effectuated with a minimum surface and air temperature of +5° Celsius.
Drying Times:
- the humidity should not exceed 80%
- by lower temperatures and/or higher air moisture/humidity, longer drying times are to be expected.
During the drying period, the coated surface must be protected from rain.
Cleaning of Tools and Working Equipment:
- while still fresh, clean with water and, if necessary, solvents.
After use of an airless-spraying device, also follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.

Work Hygiene
Before breaks and when finished working with the product, wash hands thoroughly. Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product.

Safety Precautions
