NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301

NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301 is a water based cleaner for stainless steel and high strength alloys. It contains abrasive components and citric acid which cannot produce scratches on hard surfaces. Abrasive cleaner, absorbs cutting and silicon oils, removes heavy soiling, and is specialized for cleaning of metal before application sealing.

For best results, proceed as described below:

1. Cleaning with NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301

  • Shake NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301 well before use.
  • Pour on NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301 onto the surface or onto a wet wipe.
  • Clean surface in circular movements, until uptake of soiling and cleaning milk into the wipe is completed.
  • If the cleaner dries on the surface, moisten again with some water.
  • Remove NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301 from larger surfaces with wet wipe or rinse with water.
  • Polish clean surface to a clear dry state free of streaks.

2. Surface aspects

  • Suitable for steel, stainless steel and high strength alloys.
  • Do not use NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301 on scratch sensitive surfaces like acrylic glass, plastics and aluminum.
  • Do not use the material on acid sensitive materials like natural stone.
  • Try to avoid contact of NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301 with raw dark plastic and rubber. Remove residues of NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301 with some alcohol.

3. Checking for cleaning efficiency of NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301

If NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301 is used as a pre-cleaner for sealing, water must spread into a uniform film right after cleaning and must not collect into drops.

4. Important Note

If NewPro Cleaning Milk for Metal NA 301 is used as a pre-cleaner for NewPro metal sealing, do not use wipes that contain skin care agents. Residues of these substances can reduce the adhesion of the later applied sealing.
