Up until now it has not been possible with state-of-the-art technologies to ensure a strong repellent effect against water and dirt on synthetic or metallic surfaces which is also resistant to mechanical wear. The inorganic groups contained in NewPro Nano Duration NC ensure that a perfect substrate adherence and a pencil hardness of up to 9H are achieved, whilst organic groups also produce excellent anti-stick effects.
NewPro NC Universal High-Tech Coating therefore combines properties which were previously not possible.

Technical Data:
Contact angle 105°, Pencil Hardness up to 9H, permanent chemical bond, simple application, permanent protection, UV-and weather resistance, food-safe, chemical resistance, stain protection against acids, barrier properties, transparent, high temperature resistance (500-600°C), corrosion delay, graffiti protection, free of Halogens, storage stability up to 2 years.
Application:
Clean the surface thoroughly with a residue-free cleaner. For vehicle paint surfaces we recommend butyl acetate.
The application is carried out in gentle, circular movements to ensure that no visible surplus remains on the surface. This step can berepeated up to 3 times if necessary at intervals of 5 to 10 minutes to increase the layer thickness.
NewPro Nano Duration NC is water resistant after 24 hours and develops full resistance against mechanical abrasion and chemicals after 7 days. The drying time can be shortened by using for example an infra-red lamp at 80°C surface temperature for 30 minutes. The complete hardening is then achieved after 3 hours.
