Graffiti Removal with Graffiti Magic

Graffiti removal has never been easier. With the Graffiti-Magic-System the removal is fast, clean and environmentally friendly. Even repeated removal does not damage the protective coating or the original surface.

Graffiti Removal with High Pressure Cleaning

High pressure cleaning with warm water is the most-widely used method of removing graffiti from the protected surfaces using the Graffiti Magic protective system. This is especially the method of choice for large surfaces or rough surfaces.

Adjustment of the High Pressure Cleaning Device

The high pressure-cleaning device should be set between 50 and 65 BAR. Prior to use, the temperature should be set between 30°C and 45°C. The lance should be set at a wave angle to the surface and the nozzle/spray valve should be held a few centimeters distance from the surface. Lastly, the temperature should be adjusted between 50°C und 60°C. Lower temperatures are not as effective and higher temperatures can destroy any prior coating which lie under the Graffiti Magic System. The high pressure cleaner can be applied with cold water, but is a lot less effective, takes longer and requires more work.

Important Instructions Regarding Improper Cleaning Methods

Improper Cleaning Methods:

• The pressure is set at over 70 bar
• A turbo or spray nozzle is used
• The nozzle touches or comes too close to the surface
• Too high temperatures are used
• The subsurface or surface of the subsurface is very weak and crumbly (e.g. mortar materials)
• With a Graffiti Magic coating which is damaged or incomplete, then the high-pressure device might get under the coating and spray it away.

Intense or abrasive cleaning solvents should not be applied to the Graffiti Magic protective coating because they might damage the protective system.

Graffiti Green

Graffiti Green is a peelable remover – a water-based product, which is applied to remove paint and aerosol graffiti. Graffiti Green is applied with a thick coating over the Graffiti. After application, the removal coating should be left to dry for several hours or over night. The dry material is then peeled off and takes/removes the graffiti with it! This can be disposed of in any waste bin without damage to the environment.

Graffiti Blue

A gel-like, clear liquid for the use on vertical surfaces. Apply Graffiti Blue over the graffiti marking and, if necessary, excess materials or misapplications should be removed with a nylon brush. After application of the coating, wash the surface off with water.
