- Maintains Lacquer on Light Coloured Cars

Product Description

NewPro-HighEnd Polish is a solvent containing lacquer sealant based on chemical nano-technology. The polish produces a transparent ultra thin layer, which rejuvenates the shine in the lacquer in paints, protects and gives the surface a long-lasting pearl-off effect. The water and dirt/grime repellent sealant with Easy-2-Clean-Effect® offers a beautifying and simple cleaning of vehicles.

Range of Application and Use

Suitable Surfaces:

  • Automobile lacquered surfaces.

Unsuitable Surfaces:

  • Rubber parts
  • Unlacquered or raw synthetic material surfaces.

Technical Characteristics

Material Basis:

  • Composite material on a solvent basis with wax additives.

Viscosity:

  • < 102 mPas (DIN 53214).

Instruction for Application and Use

Surface pre-treatment: Thoroughly pre-clean the surface. The surface must be free of dirt, dust, and grime and must be dry.

Application/Use: Shake well before using. Polish out with a towel or with a polishing machine and apply sparingly in portioned surface areas, rub in and shortly after airing out the solvent, polish out.

Cleaning of the sealed surface: Dirt, grime and dry remains can be removed with a moist towel. Do not apply high water pressure when washing cars neither hot steam spray. Solvent-based cleaners should not be used.

Improvement and new coatings: Can be newly applied to clean and dry surfaces as described above.

Instruction for Application and Use

Use:

  • Approximately 2 – 5 ml per square meter
  • Machine application 50-60ml / car
  • Application by hand 150 ml / car.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

Application can be effectuated with a air and surface temperature between a min. +10° Celsius and max. +25° Celsius. Ensure proper ventilation.

Cleaning of tools:

  • Not applicable / Wipe polish residue with petroleum spirit.

Drying:

  • The sealant is dry after polishing.

During the drying period, protect the coated surface from grease, moisture and cleaning solvents.

  • Milky white liquid.

Further Instructions

Storage:

  • Protect against moisture, frost, and heat
  • Storable for up to 12 months when stored at room temperature in tightly sealed original packaging.

Disposal:

  • Dispose of product remains at an officially designated disposal site
  • Only recycle completely emptied containers
  • Surplus (left-over) product can be disposed according EWC (European Waste Code) 080105 (cured paints and lacquers) or household waste.
