HIGH QUALITY SiO₂-COATINGS
BASED ON NANO TECHNOLOGY

This coating protects polished granite from pollution. An open porous SiO₂-barrier layer prevents dirt particles from getting stuck in the micropore of the polished surface.
Especially in the kitchen this coating prevents stains caused by oil and grease, but also discolorations induced by liquids such as red wine, coffee, tea, orange juice, beet juice and tomato juice as well as ketchup.
When used in other areas the product protects from paint, oil, chalk or tile grout. Consequently pollutions can be easily removed by means of an appropriate solvent, respectively cleanser.
This optimum protective function does in no way affect the breathability of the surface. Due to the inorganic network the coating is extremely resistant.
The coating is ready-to-use and can directly be applied on the surface, thus forming a chemically and mechanically highly resistant layer with a thinness of only a few nanometer.

APPLICATION:

To be applied manually or industrially:
By repeatedly flooding the substrate, NewPro Nano Granite 100 will penetrate deeply into the substrate and expand by itself, thus allowing an oleophobic layer to be created on the surface and a hydrophobicity to be achieved up to the core of the product.
The chemical networking process is completed after approximately 76 hours after the solvent having completely evaporated. It is recommended to wipe off product surpluses with a suitable cloth or linen and top polish the surface.
Please take care of a sufficient ventilation.
After hardening surfaces coated with NewPro Nano Granite 100 can immediately packaged.
In case of already installed are as the floor can be walked upon only after the layer has been completely hardened.
Appropriate only for industrial and commercial application.

STORAGE STABILITY:

Unopened original container scan be stored for at least one year. Recommended storage and transport temperature: +3 to +30°C.
Due to inflammability sufficient ventilation and explosion protection is required.

CONSUMPTION:

Manual or industrial: 20 -100 ml/m²
