NewPro Lacquer Sealants 1K Permanent Protection AXSP is a high performance coating resin to be used to create durable easy to clean or anti-Lacquer Sealants coatings.
Description and Application
NewPro Lacquer Sealants 1K Permanent Protection AXSP is an inorganic nano-resin capable of bonding to various substrates. Strong bonding to substrates such as steel, aluminium, glass and plastics like PC, PMMA and ABS as well as old coating layers can be expected.
NewPro Lacquer Sealants 1K Permanent Protection AXSP can function as stand-alone resin at a layer thickness of 0.5 to 2 μm to form a durable finish that is easy to clean, very hydrophobic (contact angle >105°) and moreover very durable and heat resistant up to 600°C. Do not apply a dry film layer of more than 25 μm as cracking may occur.
NewPro Lacquer Sealants 1K Permanent Protection AXSP may be co-formulated with most frequently used coating ingredients from the group of pigments, fillers, resins, additives and (co-)solvents. Doing so colored, superhard or matt surfaces maybe obtained. Due to its reactivity co-formulation with hydroxyl and amine functional or waterbased coating ingredients should be avoided. It is highly advised to use aprotic solvents.
A key performance feature of NewPro Lacquer Sealants 1K Permanent Protection AXSP based coatings is the anti-Lacquer Sealants performance on non-porous substrates. Either Lacquer Sealants paints do not stick or will be easy removable by high pressure spray.

Storage
Shelf life is 12 months. Prolonged storage may cause product to build up pressure. Keep packaging well closed yet venting once per month to let off pressure is advised. Store in a cool dry place.
