NewPro BIO Disposal/ Special Environmental Cleaner HL Dissolves Waste Oil, Grease, Motor Oil in the Floor Area, also Rim and Tank Cleaning with the Easy-to-Clean Effect
NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL is a biological, water-dilutable product that disposes of / breaks down diesel and crude oil stains on water surfaces (not yet approved). NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL is very well suited for cleaning buildings and concrete surfaces, degreasing of coated surfaces, silicone and tank cleaning indoors and pipelines on metallic and mineral surfaces.
NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL is a water-dilutable, in a few days biodegradable product for cleaning and degreasing metallic and mineral surfaces.
Application Areas:
- Cleaning and removal of diesel and crude oil smears on water surfaces and soil (not yet approved), concrete floors, building surfaces, etc.
- Engine compartment cleaning - replacement for cold cleaner
- Cleaning and removal of diesel and crude oil residues in the tank interior and pipelines.
- For degreasing coating surfaces and before painting.
- Removal of contamination by silicone on surfaces.
- Cleaning of historical buildings, monuments, sculptures from mineral substances, e.g. sandstone.
Aliphatic hydrocarbons (diesel fuel, motor oils etc.) can be easily broken down using NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL. NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL can be used as an aid for the accelerated degradation of aliphatic hydrocarbons in water and waste water (also for the post-treatment of waste water from light liquid separators)
NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL has the property of breaking up the molecular chains of hydrocarbons. This causes the hydrocarbon in the protein to be converted and serve as food in the food chain. Even silicone-containing contaminants that cannot be removed from the surface by other means are removed without difficulty with NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL.
NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL is the environmentally friendly alternative for the degreasing of coated surfaces for previously common processes using organic solvents.
Costly disposal and harmful emissions are a thing of the past.
The unfortunately still performed degreasing of surfaces before painting with organic solvents involves an unnecessary and serious burden on the environment and health of the person carrying out the work.
Furthermore, oil-smeared concrete floors as well as oil-contaminated soil can be cleaned.
As this product degrades by itself after approx. 9 days, cost-intensive disposal as hazardous waste is avoided.
The degradation capacity is sufficient for the discharge of pre-treated wastewater into the sewerage system for biological secondary treatment in municipal sewage treatment plants, taking into account the load specified by the operator in accordance with the Indirect Discharge Ordinance.
By using the high-concentrate NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL in the biological waste water recycling system, annual cost savings of between € 10,000.00 and € 20,000.00 for drinking water, waste water and disposal can be achieved, depending on the size of the plant, from 1.75 to 3.5 m³/h. For larger facilities the cost savings increase accordingly
The NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL has an interesting application in the field of historical buildings, monuments, sculptures etc.
In restoration work, the big problem is that soot particles from house fire and diesel combustion settle in porous natural stones.
Everyone knows the blackened Cologne Cathedral, which was originally made of red sandstone, but has become blacker and blacker over the centuries. Up to now, cleaning has not been possible because the dissolved soot particles become statically charged and form a solid compound in the blowholes (pores) of the sandstone. If these particles combine with water, a chemical reaction occurs, a so-called plastering of the sandstone and its destruction is the result
With NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL, these statically charged particles can now be dissolved and disposed of with a water jet. After cleaning, historical buildings and monuments can be protected for decades with a liquid sandstone varnish. Further blackening is prevented, as these soot particles no longer have an adhesive base, and thus the further destruction of the natural stones is stopped.
Handling:
NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL can be diluted 1:3 with water, depending on the degree of soiling. After the reaction time, it is recommended to remove it from surfaces using a hot water high-pressure cleaner with a temperature setting of approx. 70° C.
Degreasing can also be carried out using the immersion bath method. The reaction time should be approx. 1 to 3 hours. Then rinse with clear water.
Examples:
Internal tank cleaning:
First working step - spray solution in a ratio of 1:3 with water (hot water); leave to work for 1 to 3 hours and spray with clear water; repeat the process if necessary.
Piping:
Fill piping system with NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL 1: 2; leave to work for approx. 1 to 3 hours, drain and rinse with clear water.
On water surfaces:
The thickening by special emulsifiers creates a foam when NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL is brought to the water surface by fast running propellers. The foam binds the oil that has spilled there and thus prevents environmental pollution. Test results, certificates and data sheets on request.
Important note: The product is not yet approved for oil removal on surface water. Application only in closed systems or in case of polluted water which is supplied to a sewage plant.
Heavily soiled aluminium rim:
NewPro BIO Special Environmental Cleaner HL is ideally suited as a rim cleaner. A commercial - alkaline - rim cleaner tested in comparison achieved a lower cleaning result. It is known that acidic / alkaline cleaners damage the rims and problem waste water is produced. The special advantage is its neutral pH-value; light metals are not attacked; oil- and grease-containing coverings are biologically decomposed.
