NewPro Protection S Sacrificial for metal surfaces

Product Description

NewPro Protection S Sacrificial for metal surfaces is a temporary protective layer for smooth metal surfaces vulnerable to graffiti attacks. The protective layer is based on a special wax and prevents the permeation of spray paint into varnished surfaces. Due to the innovative mode of action, the protective layer absorbs less dirt than conventional wax-based products.

NewPro Protection S is almost invisible and can be used on varnished surfaces, metal surfaces as well as on glass. It can also be used on synthetic surfaces; however, the product should first be tested on an unobtrusive area.

NewPro Protection S is UV and weather resistant. It has a slight matting effect on glass. 

NewPro Protection S is liquid and ready to use. Depending on the surface use approx. 0, 1 l/m²-0, 4 l/m². 

NewPro Protection S is intended for industrial use, and may be stored for 36 months from the date of production (see label). Storage beyond the date indicated on the label does not necessarily imply that the product can no longer be used. Protect from freezing!

NewPro Protection S is not subject to specific labelling According to EC directives or respective national laws.

Tip

Paint smearing can be removed quickly and effectively with NewPro Graffiti-Remover without smearing and formation of shades - often a common result of conventional products. Surfaces that have become unsightly as a result of dirt particles, soot and fat can be cleaned thoroughly with NewPro Remover Plus. Guide to use

Application

Before applying the protective layer, the surface must be clean of existing graffiti and dirt, if applicable. The surface should be dry and free of loose dirt, moss and algae. NewPro Protection S should be stirred thoroughly and applied undiluted and evenly on the surface. Depending on the surface, a sponge, brush, paint roller or pressure sprayer can be used for this purpose.

Please Note

Use NewPro Protection S only when the outside temperature is above 5°C! NewPro Protection S protective layer is fully functional after one hour drying time and lasts for at least one year.

Removal

The protective layer can be simply removed together with the graffiti using hot water (>80°C). We recommend the use of a steam or high-pressure cleaner.

Warning: Use only low water pressure to avoid damage to the surface! Alternatively, the protection layer can be removed with hot water and a brush. If the use of hot water is not possible, the graffiti can be removed with the special cleaning agent NewPro Graffiti Remover for temporary surfaces and cold water. After the cleaning process NewPro Protection S should be applied again. According to statistical data, spray paint vandals lose interest after a surface has been cleaned approx. four times in quick succession.
