NewPro permaProtect NA 111 is a transparent corrosion protection system for zinc surfaces. It cures at room temperature, has excellent wetting properties and provides lasting protection from white rust, preserving the metallic appearance of zinc surfaces, without compromising flexibility in further processing.
Main areas of use: Corrosion protection layer on zinc surfaces such as galvanised zinc, zinc die
cast etc.
Based on: Solvent-based organically modified polymer matrix with silicon.
Colour: Colourless, transparent.
Available quantities: On request.
Storage: Unopened, in original container and at temperatures below 20°C (68°F), storage is possible for at least 12 months.

Viscosity: low-viscous
Coverage: Coverage varies according to surface texture and type of application.
Processing temperature:
Air and surface temperature 5°C to 35°C (41°F to 95°F). Variations in external conditions may affect curing times.
Drying/curing:
30 minutes at room temperature. Accelerated curing at higher temperatures possible.
Disposal:
Dispose of any left-over material in accordance with relevant legislation for the disposal of paints and solvents.
Cleaning of equipment: Clean equipment with standard thinner.
