NewPro DRY – WATERPROOF SIS - Water repellent roof paint

DESCRIPTION

NewPro DRY – Waterproof is an emulsion based waterproof roof paint for the protection and maintenance of new and old roofs. NewPro DRY – Waterproof is characterized by its high flexibility and adhesion properties and can withstand extreme temperature changes. NewPro DRY – Water-proof is suitable for sealing hairline cracks due to its high flexibility. Furthermore, NewPro DRY – Waterproof is simple to use, recoatable and very easy to clean.

Styrene Acrylic Emulsion Based, Lead Free

Seals the roof and protects the home, office, hotel and factory.

FLEXIBILITY

Maintains continuous film over most surfaces. Can stretch to double its length.

White, Magnolia, Light Grey, Green and Tile Red.

DRYING TIME

Allow 24 hour for full care.

APPLICATION

Brush/Roller: apply two coats smoothly, avoiding runs and sags.
Airless Spray:
   Tip size: 0.021" to 0.027" or 0,5 – 0,7 mm
   Tip pressure: 1600 – 1900 psi or 110 – 130 bar

PREPARATION

Flat roofs, (concrete or bitumen coated concrete), should be swept clean of loose dirt, gravel or loosely held tar. If there is any algae or fungal growth, remove by scrubbing with detergent and washing away with clean water.
Galvanized roofs should be washed with detergent and water. Rust patches should be wire brushed and primed with a suitable primer.
Large active cracks must be filled. Mix 2 - 3 parts fine sand with one part of NewPro DRY – Waterproof and press the mixture well into the cracks. These cracks should then be reinforced by applying a coat of NewPro DRY – Waterproof (thinned with 10% water), covering this with a piece of polyester gauze pushing it well in and applying a further coat of NewPro DRY – Waterproof. Allow a drying time of at least 12 hours. Absorbent surfaces have to be primed first.

APPLICATION

NewPro DRY – Waterproof can be applied by brush, broom or large roller. A soft broom is ideal for large areas. Apply generously to give a uniform coat over the whole roof. To achieve best results it is essential to apply two coats of NewPro DRY – Waterproof using ½ Liter of NewPro DRY – Waterproof per square meter for each coat.
Allow 24 hours drying time before applying the second coat.
Apply two coats of NewPro DRY – Waterproof also to the sidewalls to a height of at least 20 cm. This will prevent rainwater from penetrating into the wall and spoiling the outside paintwork of the house.
After 24 hours, the roof will be ready for light foot traffic although, of course, sharp pointed heels should be avoided.
Clean brushes and other equipment with water immediately after use.

STORAGE

Store in cool, dry places and avoid direct sunlight.

DISPOSAL

To be disposed as normal dispersion paint. If you are not certain, please consult local authority. Do not empty into drains, sewers or other watercourses.

Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in confined areas where the product is being applied.

FIRST AID

EYES In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with warm water immediately and obtain medical advice.
SKIN Wash skin thoroughly with water and soap or approved industrial cleaner. DO NOT USE DISSOLVER OR THINNERS.
INHALATION Remove into fresh air, loosen collar, and avoid excessive exertion.
INGESTION In case of accidental ingestion, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Get medical attention immediately.
