NewPro Nano Anti Fog CCS RK for glass and plastic surfaces
Product description:
NewPro Nano Anti Fog CCS RK is a temporary alcohol-based system protecting glass and plastic surfaces from fogging over (increasing the light yield as well as avoiding the uncontrolled dripping off of condensate). The applied product creates a very thin hydrophilic and transparent film of only a couple of nanometers. The surface tension for condensation water is increased above the air/water value, resulting in a complete run-off of the condensate (self-cleaning effect).

Application:
When applying NewPro Nano Anti Fog CCS RK wear protective rubber gloves. Ventilate well when handling product. Keep away from sources of ignition. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with water and soap.
Apply in three steps:
1. Cleaning,
2. Reaming and
3. Dessication.
Cleaning:
Clean surface carefully of dirt, oil and grease stains. Use organic cleaner like isopropanol or acetone and alkaline or acidic tenside cleaner. Rinse well to wash off all tenside remains. The cleaned surface has to be dry before application of product.
Reaming:
The coating is done under normal temperature and humidity conditions by reaming or polishing using a cotton cloth moistened with NewPro Nano Anti Fog CCS RK Metal Sealing Special. Apply material sparingly onto the surface. In case of fogging polish again using a dry cloth..
Desiccation:
Desiccation under normal temperature and humidity conditions takes 15 minutes at a minimum. With increased humidity anticipate longer desiccation time. Afterwards polish the treated surface. The Anti For effect shows immediately. The easy-to-clean effect can be tested by applying desalinated water in the form of spray mist or water vapour. If the Anti Fog lessens, refresh the effect by repeating the first treatment.
