However the apparently indestructible materials such as marble, granite etc. are subject to high stress factors caused by mechanical loads and environmental influences.

A certain amount of care and professional restauration is necessary to be able to retain the quality of the minerals contained in natural stone. These natural stone surfaces can be brought back to the "good-as-new" condition by various processing possibilities, depending on the application area and functional use of them.

Our Methods:

Crystallisation
The surfaces of all natural stone floors, e.g. marble, terrazzo, agglo, travertine or limestone find an optimal upgrading using crystallisation.
A deep and lasting gloss is achieved by the innovative processing technology. This serves to compress the surface and increase the insensitivity against dirt and grime. The surface is not coated during crystallisation, but a natural surface hardening takes place through the micro-fine crystalline components.
This not only raises the lifespan of the natural stone floor, but also increases the significant appearance by strengthening the colour brilliance.
The renovation of the various floor types is individually defined so that all demands can be met as closely as possible.
To these criteria belong in particular the scratch resistance, reduction of slip hazard and the easiness of care of the treated surfaces.

The crystallisation process is excellently suitable for the areas: office, living areas, public buildings, private houses and all other sorts of stressed natural stone floors.
No dust or sludge is produced during this sort of crystallisation surface treatment. It is therefore considered to be particularly user friendly. With a successful result that can really be seen.

Grinding
This technique is used everywhere where the surface of your natural stone floor cannot be improved anymore by crystallisation.
The floor is grinded back to its "healthy" basis using high quality diamond grinding discs. Its original gloss is then returned by a subsequent fine grinding process.
To make the treatment of your floor as pleasant as possible for you, we use a grinding system, which produces very little dirt (grinding sludge) in comparison to the other usual methods.

Polishing
When your natural stone floor has become marked by paths or is matt in appearance, then we can offer you our polishing process which provides the optimal possibility of restoring the original appearance of your floor.
Polishing is generally used in the first case only for a damaged upper surface. In the case of deeper lying damages then we have to revert to the grinding technique.
The floor shows itself then after treatment by polishing with its new shine and with a smooth surface.

Flame Blasting
A further process that can be used is flame blasting, a completely different technique and very versatile in comparison to the other mentioned forms. It can be used on all hard stone surfaces (e.g. granite). Shiny natural stone is nice to see, but naturally also very slippery. This unpleasant side effect can be avoided. If one doesn't want to forgo the beauty of a natural stone floor but would like to eliminate the danger of slipping, then flame blasting is the correct choice.
It is particularly suitable for public buildings or reception halls with high public frequency and it provides the floor with a sure slip-resistant surface.

Impregnation
We impregnate marble, granite and other natural stone and provide as well a long lasting protection against stains in concrete. It provides an effective stain protection against oil, grease, and water. Facades are ideally and effectively protected against the appearance of damp patches or humidity stains.
