PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NewPro Graffiti Remover for temporary surfaces is part of the anti-graffiti system and is used exclusively for the removal of the temporary protective layer NewPro Graffiti Protection Sacrificial (temporary). In case of a graffiti attack on a surface protected with NewPro Graffiti Protection Sacrificial (temporary), the graffiti can be removed including the protective layer with NewPro Graffiti Remover for temporary surfaces. The solvent can be applied directly on the area of the graffiti attack.
In order to restore the protective effect, it is necessary to apply Graffiti Protection Sacrificial (temporary) again on a dry and clean surface.
NewPro Graffiti Remover for temporary surfaces is based on components from renewable raw materials, is bio-degradable after adding water and does not contain halogenated or toxic solvents.
NewPro Graffiti Remover for temporary surfaces is a ready for use fluid (available as a gel on demand). Depending on the surface and the degree of pollution use 0,1 - 0,4 l/m2.
NewPro Graffiti Remover for temporary surfaces is intended for industrial use and may be stored for 36 months from the date of production (see label).
NOTE
Walls and facades can be protected from paint vandalism and resulting damages with NewPro Graffiti Protection Sacrificial (temporary) protective layers sufficiently!
Surfaces that are polluted unsightly through particulate matter, soot and fat can be cleaned deep-down with NewPro Remover Plus. Due to its innovative mode of action treated surfaces are stain-resistant throughout several months.
GUIDE TO USE
1. NewPro Graffiti Remover for temporary surfaces should be applied undiluted onto a preferably dry surface using a brush or a paint roller. (When mixed with water mode of action will be stopped!)
On rough and porous surfaces NewPro Graffiti Remover for temporary surfaces should be applied in order to permeate the paint.
2. Application time is approximately 2 to 10 minutes, depending on the age of the paint, condition of the surface and temperature.
* (Optimum temperature range: 10 to 25°C)
Warning: Do not allow NewPro Graffiti Remover for temporary surfaces to dry! We recommend screening against excessive solar radiation and wind with a plastic foil.
3. Remove the protectiv layer including the paint with a cold water jet from the surface. We recommend the use of a water jet on porous surfaces (pressure sprayer or high pressure cleaner**).
If paint residues remain repeat steps 1 and 2.
Finally, rinse the surface with water thoroughly.
* Temperatures below 10 °C (cause extended reaction time. Alternatively, removal of the protective layer can be performed with hot water (> 80°C).
** Warning: Use only low water pressure to avoid damage to the surface!
IMPORTANT NOTES
We recommend the use of working clothes, protective glovesand safety goggles!
Avoid eye contact! In case of eye contact rinse with water thoroughly. Keep eye lid open. Seek medical advice from your oculist.
Due to paint residues the washing water should be absorbed with a fleece on the ground.
Please follow the instructions in the safety data sheet for proper use, storage and disposal!
Should be stored in the original containers only!
