NewPro Nano BPS 307 for Absorbent Mineral Surfaces

Product description:

Nano-BPS 307 is an aqueous impregnation material for absorbent mineral surfaces based on chemical nanotechnology.
Self-organizing components are responsible for the water- and oil-repellent properties of the treated surfaces.

Suitable surfaces:

Nano-BPS 307 is suitable for numerous absorbent mineral surfaces such as concrete, lime sand brick, natural sand brick, clinker, travertine, granite and some synthetic stones, as well as wood surfaces and paper.

Material base: Water-based impregnation material.

Storage:
Protect against freezing and high temperatures. Can be stored in original containers for at least 24 months.

Application process:
The coating material can be either applied by spray-gun or by using a brush or a flexible roll.

Colour: NewPro Nano-BPS 307 is a clear, colourless liquid.

Ph value: 4,5 to 6,5

Consumption: Ca. 100 – 400 g/m2, depending on the substrate

Preparing the surface:
The surface to be protected should be dry, clean and dust-free.

Mixing: NewPro Nano-BPS 307 is a ready-to-use impregnation material.

Application:

NewPro Nano-BPS 307 can be applied by with a brush, a roll or a spray-gun. Airless spraying devices can be used at 2-4 bar pressure, jet size approximately 2 mm and a spray-angle of about 40-80°. Prior to use we recommend tests on the respective substrate.

Application temperature: Application of NewPro Nano-BPS 307 is recommended at temperatures between 5 °C and 30 °C, and a max. humidity of 75 %.

Setting:
Between 1 and 30 hours, depending on climate conditions and substrate: up to + 10 °C: min. 6 hours, max. 30 hours up to + 20 °C: min. 4 hours, max. 24 hours up to + 30 °C: min. 3 hours, max. 24 hours

Test of coating efficiency:
After full curing the impregnation should show a contact angle above 90 °.

Touching up and re-coating: Re-coating is possible on a clean and dust-free surface.

Clean coated surfaces using: Water, smooth brush, or high pressure washer.

Protective measures:

While applying Nano-BPS 307, the security and safety procedures recommended in the security data sheet should be considered as well as the instructions of the Employers Liability Insurance Association for the prevention of accidents.
